Live for Today.

A lot of changes come with being a mom, a wife, and simply a woman. In fact, many of us give up so much for spouses and our children, including careers, money, and even a passionate hobby. We live to see our children and other people happy, but we rarely acknowledge our own happiness. We go through life thinking that happiness for us is seeing other people happy. That becomes our complete essence in life. But when our children grow up, we get a divorce, or we loose a loved one, we forget how to live for ourselves and find happiness again.

I know this path all too well. I have suffered with Anxiety Panic Disorder, OCD, Depression, and Fibromyalgia, while raising three Autistic kids all seventeen months apart, alone with no family or friends around while my husband was deployed for 4-6 months at a time. The past 16 years of my life I have overcome much adversity. Read my story from here and you will see that you are not alone through this mid-life transition.
